Reminder that the Huns that destroyed Rome were a splinter group from a larger steppe empire that the Chinese BTFO'd so hard they had to flee West to survive.

>Huns that destroyed Rome
Huns got BTFO by the Romans and ended up disbanding after Attila had a chat with the pope.

Nah they didnt disintegrate until after attila died and his sons started killing each other as the goths rebelled.

More like after suffering from Xiongnu for centuries, Chinese managed to push them back that one time they were weakened and fractured.
Literally shit boxer defeating retired old legend then boasting and going on a power trip.

China has never been militarily that successful.
It's the curse of big empires.

Is this some exotic sort of turklet cope? The Xiongnu were completely exterminated.

>more than 200 years pass between the collapse of the northern Xiong-nu and the appearance of the Huns in the west
>Yuezhi pushed out of the Tarim basin by the Huns before their collapse, re-establishing themselves further to the west, were they last for centuries
>Kangju stay in the general area until after the Huns appear in the west
>the central Asian steppes between the Altai mountains and the Caspian sea thus apppear stable-ish throughout the late 2nd, the entire 3rd and the early 4th century
>Chinese sources explicitly mention the abovementioned states. Do NOT mention the northern Xiong-Nu migrating westwards
>GUISE THE HUNS WERE CLEARLY XIONG NU!

China BTFO the Xiongnu in their first war.

It was Qin dynasty Chinese general Meng Tian that crushed the Xiongnu under Touman, and ethnically cleansed the Xiongnu from the Ordos loop in Inner Mongolia.

The Xiongnu fled into Outer Mongolia, reforming under Touman's son Modu Chanyu, and then attacking the Han dynasty.

China was the first to beat and ethnically cleanse Xiongnu, not the reverse.

Xiongnu from Mongolia were openly called Huns by the Sogdians in their language.

Chinese carry the single most successful male lineage: they overcame steppejeet invasion and propagated a stable collective civilization. A few asiatic conquest dynasties invading and sinicizing themselves was a small picture of the sheer decimation that the noble Han Chinese inflicted onto deviants. They've thus far eradicated the Dzungars, Southern Mongols, and Manchurians.
Modern day Turkiye is a product of Han Chinese evicting Oghuz further West. What the Han overcame, Europeans immediately fell to and bowed to.
Chinese and Arabs/Assyrians carry the two most successful male lineages: both avoided mongrelization and absolutely beheaded anyone that didn't fully assimilate to their superior culture. What's funny is that neither of them pride themselves in this. Europeans on the other hand have been making rape erotica about their jeet ancestors for thousands of years while getting killed and humiliated in their own capital cities by African slave labor they can't help but import. Truly pathetic.

The level of mental gymnastics chinks have to go through to cope with the century of humiliation
