Why did medieval Europeans fail to invent strategic board games like chess or Go? All their games were games of chance (dice/cards).
Because christcucks think gambling is sinful

>>18254357Chess was created in Europe based on shitty unplayable brown people games.
>>18254357Because that requires ancient civilization to have prosperous society where people can invent new things.

https://boardgamegeek.com/browse/boardgameNearly all games here are designed by europeans (except, ironically, Twilight Struggle, a cold war era wargame that was created by a jeet). As usual, whites were late to the party but once they arrived they instantly dominated the field.
>>18255023Chess was Indian, lol.
>>18254357They had fox and Tablut, two different games played on the same kind of board (probably better known by it's Scandinavian name of tafl). Also Tabula, which was an ancient greek game, which went on to inspire a whole host of "table" games throughout medieval Europe on various spuare and circle boards. The most popular modern version of which is backgammon. Alright they involved dice, but there is a fair amount of strategy in them.
