Whereas Lenin's brother was sentenced to death, Pilsudski's brother was exiled to the far east. He eventually reached Sakhalin Island and studied the native Ainu people, marrying and having children with an Ainu woman.His descendants (including the last male descended man of the house of Pilsudski, who died in 2022) still live in Japan
