Eunuchs were mainly used as harem guards and weren't relegated to Africans solely at all. Like how the fuck would a eunuch work in physical agricultural labour? There's also he fact that many people of African descent in the Middle East married into the populations, were there on temporary trade and other matters or immigrated to the region in the recent centuries.

Europeans will never associate slavery with North Africa even though both the Muslim Trans-Sahara slave trade and Christian Trans-Atlantic slave trade started there they will always push it to East Africa or Red Sea even though Egypt and Sudan are both North African countries.
