the Old Prussians weren't genocided, but just kinda disappeared quickly as a distinguishable population during the Black Death, when they fled their communities to become rootless people in cities, who had to adapt or die (cities have negative population growth)

The raiding led to the area being a sort of no man's land, barely developed, so later during the times of the Prussian Dukes protestant converts from Lithuania were invited to settle in the northern territories. So basically the Lithuanians genocided and then replaced them.
About half of them were killed by the Teutonic Order for participating in Herkus Monte's revolt. The rest became German and intermarried with Germans. Some were still allowed to own land. The language still survived in rural areas until gradual Germanization and the plague finished it off. How Old Prussian were Prussian Germans? That's a good question. I have no idea.
