If everyone who isn't Christian goes to hell, most people are predestined to hell. It's just logic. God must hate China and India most because they have the least Christians. He must hate Saudi Arabia too. God must love Mexico and the USA for having more Christians. It's solid logic. If God predestined everything He predestined India being Hindu and Saudi Arabia being Muslim
