Allied pilots were rotated out to teach newer pilots and give them advice. German pilots stayed up in the air until they died. This is why the Germans fucking lost.

That seems to back what anon said about Germany not rotating their pilots.
The 5-10 kills lists are dominated almost entirely by Allied pilots. The 100+ kills list is all Germans.
