As an atheist who denounces the Talmud, the Vedas, and the Quran, can somebody please explain to me why Christians claim that Jews are Satanic even though Satan is a Jewish invention? They may have gotten the idea for an opponent to God from Zoroastrians, but Satan's name comes from Hebrew, and the traits he is popularly associated with ultimately derive from Judaism, so what Satan is is ultimately what Jewish people think is evil.I think you could make a case that Jews are evil, or that they are immoral, but only if you try to use a moral framework that is entirely independent of Judaism, such as Aristotelian ethics. However, if you stick to Christian ethics, which depend upon the Old Testament, written by Jews, then you can only fall back on the idea that Jews, when they act as Jews (that is to say, when they circumcise their children and force their wives to wear wigs so as to not expose their hair, amongst other things) are simply following what God wills them to do as it appears in the Holy Book.
