He trusted Erdogan and then Erdogan coordinated with rebels to destroy him to create the puppet rebel state. Erdogan has coordinated with Azerbaijan to vassalized it too. And now seeks to expand influence throughout the Middle East to build up a geopolitical neo ottoman front with propped up vassal states.
