I am looking for sources of pre-Novus Ordus canonical law regarding the situations were a Catholic Marriage could be nullified for the fault of one of his spouses, to be specific if one of them had a lover while already engaged. From my previous researches some sources said it could be done, while others claimed it couldnt unless the affair continued/happened after the official Marriage. Pic maybe related
