With a Muslim Russia, the balkans never leaves Islamic rule, possibly even Poland becomes Islamic, if instead China depending on the time I don’t see how east and south east Asia aren’t heavily affected, with India it’s probably similar to the current time line instead India would be more of a soft power force to be reckoned with instead of being boxed in by foes on all its borders
