I think autistic people should use the legal system to its full advantage to sue employers for discrimination that wrongfully terminate them for not being able to "read a room" i think its a good idea

I'm supposedly autistic.It's not my belief in the absolute sense but my emotional compulsion is for neuronormie "dominance dynamics" to be erased from human consciousness. The instinct to see big versus little people should be displaced by practical behavior motivated purely by divine love. I feel that people should wear white robes in the office and behave in a polite, dignified and goal-oriented fashion all the time.I also feel that everyone who commits a violent crime, even a child slapping another in the face should get the death penalty, and schools should mark children as bullies so they can get their gonads fixed by the doctor. Judging by the proven IQ-crime correlation, you could get a degree of cognitive eugenics as a byproduct of moral eugenics, which is a selling point.When I go to think about the law and politics logically, I come to a different, more complex set of conclusions, but those are what my aspie instincts say.

His job is to do 3D scans of our products when people from our department tell him to. But because of his autism he chimps out whenever someone needs to have something scanned unexpectedly. Which just happens, sometimes production gets fucked up and a 3D scan needs to be done asap or else the assembly line will stop. This dude will sometimes just refuse to do the scans which causes huge problems. There was also another issue. After he scans the product he's supposed to throw the product in a ktp box outside of his office. He measures around 10 products a day and each weighs around 5-10kg. It takes around 30 seconds to carry it to the ktp box and throw it out. But this dude just refused to do it, saying he's not supposed to do it n shit and he would messege various interns and team leaders and tell them to do it for him. They'd usually politely tell him to fuck off because it's not their job. This usually resulted in the dude bitching and moaning to our boss. Our boss then told one team leader to throw out the products for the dude but only if he doesn't have anything else to do. Which ofc happened rarely.One time when the team leader told the dude that he can't carry the products for him because he has more important things to do, the dude got a fullblown autistic meltdown, screaming at the top of his lungs, cursing, insulting the team leader and almost crying. I kinda pity him because it's not really his fault that he's this way. But working with him fucking sucks
