Michael H. Kenyon is a convicted sexual assault suspect who committed a series of bizarre and notorious attacks against women in several states between 1966 and 1975. He would ambush and attack women in their homes or apartments, but instead of merely raping them, he would give them enemas - ie, he would insert water into their anuses and force them to shit themselves. Hence, his nickname 'the Illinois enema bandit.'Kenyon was arrested in 1975, but due to a series of plea deals, he was released by 1981. He is believed to be living in the Indianapolis, Indiana area today, at the age of 82, but he is not legally required to register as a sex offender, due to the timing of his crimes (having been convicted and released prior to registration laws). Was his punishment too soft, /his/? Should he have been executed or kept in prison for more than six years? Why were criminal sentences so soft in general even for serious offenses like serial rape? A film called 'Water Power' was made about Kenyon, and released in 1976, but had limited commercial success due to its extreme sexual content. Frank Zappa also made a rather 'cheeky' (as it were) song about him.
>>18346240He's not a sex offender because he never raped them
>>18346762also why would he be executed? he didn't murder anyone.
>>18346762Sex offender registries include sexual assault convicts. His actions were, legally, sexual assault.
