Is it making the best available decision from the best available information about the condition we find ourselves? A conscious and reasoned decision?
Is it responding to a situation in an emotional way that relegates what is true
Is it a true natural response to the state of the world/condition/event a person finds themselves in?
Is it a hard calculation problem that weights cost/benefit analysis of the situation? Pure calculation problem?
Is it trying to see which of your action benefits you the most directly or indirectly and then acting on the situation?

human relations work just like economical exchange. The moment we engage in contact, we exchange resources and we calculate its potential outcome and profit on our end. Morality is a set of behaviors that provide most commonly desired resources.l and it is conditional.

Job 28:25-28

When he established the force of the wind
and measured out the waters,
when he made a decree for the rain
and a path for the thunderstorm,
then he looked at wisdom and appraised it;
he confirmed it and tested it.
And he said to the human race,
“The fear of the LORD—that is wisdom,
and to shun evil is understanding.”
