Ok, hear me out /his/. Inflation throughout history was usually caused due to an excess amount of a certain currency or it being devalued with inferior replacements (for example silver coins being replaced with copper and nickel chad versions). Then why isn't the solution just burning bank notes and and melting down the clad? It's just making a common fiat more scarce. What could go wrong?
