Most nations in history were founded by kings, who usually fought personally with their army.
Women don't generally fight on the frontlines so getting unlikely.
If you mean more women in powerful positions than men? That's impossible as men are the best in basically everything and women can't compete. Even in intellectual stuff. So you can't really see more female generals than men and so on.
