As an atheist this board has become downright surreal to read, what with all the NeoPagan vs Christian slapfights (and I guess the Buddhists show up occasionally too). It's like watching some kind of playground fight between autistic kids screaming over something like "SNES or Genesis?" though even that argument actually had physical effects on the real world at least.

Sonic really isn't that great of a game. It was a tech demo meant to show off the consoles "blast processing" but the gameplay itself isn't that great, Sonic's entire gimmick is being fast, but then you're forced to slow down and do platforming every 10 steps.
