Meds now, Coptic is not even a Semitic language and it wasn’t a dying language prior to the Arab conquests (which btw are the thing that ended up killing it)

Literally the exact opposite happened retard.
Arabs began to discriminate against other Semitic languages and other native languages (I.e. Coptic) such that the disgusting Arab language is the overwhelming majority in the region and all the actually cool languages like Aramaic are just barely clinging on if at all. Hebrew only came back due to the Jews own handiwork in the 19th century and BTFO of Arabs that would have not care to see it die like every other Semitic language.
