So you could cluster them in three groups and give them a catchy colour name (white, black, red). In the real world, it's obviously iffy. Are sudanese middle eastern or black african? Are turks european, asian or middle eastern? Race is a continuum. But that doesn't mean it's not real. You can see it on the skin, you can see it in behaviour, you can see it in capabilities. A certain ethnicity in east africa produces the best runners. A certain ethnicity spread through the west and israel produces the best thinkers. And certain ethnicities produce people noone reasonable wants to live around. That's just how it is.
