Hitler had to prepare for and fight the world's largest war almost immediately after getting elected. That was no time to experiment on the fundamentals of industry. We never saw a true peacetime National Socialism. We can't know what he would've changed, but he certainly had the power to do so.What he did do, was threaten captains of industry if they didn't follow his orders and even imprisoned one (Fritz Thyssen) for disobedience.
