what was with the freemasonry hate back in the 1800-1900s, there are books and polemics hating on them but there's absolutely nothing now

They won, there's no point in fighting them anymore when we now live in the world that they envisioned.

Secret group made up of elites made people paranoid.

Why does this always happen in history and what happens for elite groups to extend hands to commoners
>>
papists stopped being relevant

Their "moves" were bolder and more visible because they were then working the hardest in bringing down the old monarchical/traditional order.
Now that their ideas are "the Western canon", the "default Western", they don't need to be as active, they just need to make sure every politician does as usual.

It's dying out along with the rest of the old fraternal societies. It's mostly just mentally ill latinxers seething about them now
>>
>>18406873
so is communism opposed to freemasonry or complicit?
>>
>>18406885
Lenin banned freemasonry very early on, no idea about other communists,

Fear of unknown.

The whole point of Freemasonry and similar fraternal movements like the Illuminati was to provide a space primarily for upper class people to discuss liberal and elightenment ideas in a time of strict censorship. With the liberalisation of the West and the introduction of many of the ideas they discussed the orders started losing their original purpose, nowadays many have open-door policies and easily allow new members to join.

Yeah, the typical /pol/-types just talk about Jews nowadays, at most they see the Grand Lodge as a puppet. The only people who still view them as master minds in control of the world are creationists, flat earthers, nuke deniers (yes, those exists), and so on.

We've got one new anon seething about them, couple days ago he was in every third thread non-sequitur seething about the freemasons, it was pretty funny
>>
>>18406942

Which is why Freemason revere him.

Master Mason here. Abrahamic Satanism is the cornerstone of our beliefs. We maintain our leverage in society by encouraging masons to into positions of power so that our lodges are favored by most of the governments. I'm mostly in it for money and networking, but a lot of other high-ranking members are ideological commies too, which I personally find ironic.

Not really, both Lenin and Marx were fully initiated lodge members. That being said, we teach initiates to lie about our links to world communism for PR reasons.

Is there actually a lot of money to be made over there? From what I heard it's dead.
