The entities that benefited from slavery continue to benefit from slavery today, however they're also now the ones responsible for dictating who pays for reparations, who's entitled to them, and the 'modern' outcome has been the descendants of slaves paying reparations to the vendors of slaves. *This situation becomes even more complicated and unjust if you do the social studies and take pedigree into serious account. Many white people across the southern United States are the direct living descendants of slaves despite their outward racial appearance.

There isn't, the UN is basically a picnic table, there's no actual authority on the planet that can force nations to do anything.
