Is Easter more important than Christmas in terms of the fundamental aspects of Christian faith? It seems people are more way more hyped for Christmas than reverent for Easter to me.
>>18415987I think you're commanded to take part in passover or communion or whatever it's called every year. Christmas on the other hand is an amalgamation of Roman, Germanic and modern traditions and celebrations that have nothing to do with anything written in the bible. Modern Christmas is more popular because of the gift giving and spectacle surrounding it.
>>18416022All popular holidays have zero Christian value biblically. Enjoy Hell.
Easter and Christmas are nowhere in the bible
>>18416028The same thing is true about your version of Christianity. Enjoy Hell.

>>18416113Enjoy heaven where everyone is naked
>>18416055And?
>>18416160And that means they’re idolatry because they are worship which God did not ordain.
>>18415987Yes. Easter is THE MOST IMPORTANT Christian holiday. Which is why it's a 3 day holiday in Catholicism. >>18416163>hey let's all gather together and worship God by remembering a particular thing He did>reee idolatry
Both are miracles in their own right.>Christmas: Born from a virgin>Easter: Overcame deathBut yes, Easter would be more important as Christ fulfilled the law and sacrificed himself to save humanity from their sins.
>>18416160It means that neither is a "fundamental aspect of Christian faith". Even if you do assign value to tradition(and I believe you should), it's still not fundamental.
>>18416117Keep stoking those flames rodent :D
>>18415987Pentecost is more important than Easter, when you get down to it.
