Did the Egyptians have any spring time festivals?

They definitely had an annual ritual cycle but I don't think they had spring rites because they didn't have spring. They divided the year in to 3 seasons, aket, peret, and shemu, flooding season, growing season, harvesting season. Their annual ritual cycle was centred on that calendar, but did have seasonal festivals. Off the top of my head there's good evidence for rituals around the restoration of osiris at abydos that took place at the end of the inundation.
Surely you could have just spent 30 seconds clicking a few google links.

Also potential my bad for assuming by "the egyptians" you specifically meant ancient egyptians. It is entirely possible that egyptian culture at various points has assimilated rituals relating to spring from elsewhere. Being a mystery cult it is hard to say for sure, but scholars generally assume the Isis mysteries were a ptolemaic syncretism of the Eleusinian tradition with native Egyptian religion. The Eleusinian tradition clearly has the return of spring as a religious element. Obviously Egypt contained a great many Christians at one point, then many fewer. Easter is of course arguably a spring time ritual procedure, not going to bother engaging with any internet soldiers of god who want to seethe about it, and frankly it isn't my area of expertise so I just leave it there at "plenty of people are happy to claim Easter has its origins in spring calendrical rituals"
Can't say if there were ever any spring rituals under Islam. I know basically nothing about actual religious practice under Islam.
