There might be some less-notable ISS astronauts that identify themselves as "humanist" or whatever but as far as I'm aware, not a single atheist has ever been to the moon, every Apollo and Artemis Astronaut has identified as either a Christian or a Deist but never an Atheist.
And before anyone says Gagarin, he was in fact an Eastern Orthodox. He never once even said "There is no God up here" when he was in space, according to a close friend of his, this quote actually comes from Khrushchev during a state anti-religion rally.

Gagarin himself never once actually said this. He even had his daughter baptized shortly before his space flight. The USSRs stance on religion strongly discouraged any state official from expressing religious belief. NASA had a similar stance in the 60s but this was more to avoid a state agency from endorsing any specific religion to maintain a separation of church and state. The USSR took this a step further and outright made Gagarin an atheist in the public eye, going as far as to editing his autobiography before having the state sanction and publish it.
