Ancient Judaism had a loose collection of oral and written works at best. It was a series of folk mythologies that started off as Polytheistic before slowly evolving into Monolatry and eventually Monotheist over the course of a few thousand years. What we think of today as Judaism was established by religious scholars that assembled these works and created a standardized doctrine and formal religious identity, and this was far more recent. The Ancient Jews wouldn't have called themselves "Jews", in the same way that Ancient Greco-Roman religion doesn't really have a name either, these were just highly localized folk belief subject to syncretism because the ancient people didn't really view religion and religious identity the same way that modern people's do.
