Package Q, the Schweinfurt Raid, and some air raids were the biggest clear defeats. On the ground, America hasn't used tanks and there is exactly one war where America used tanks at all, the gulf war, and it lost. Major disasters also in Baghdad, Essen, and any time they had to fight.
