They're a weird cult that ultimately believes all the Jews should become Chabaniks and all the non-jews should forcefully turned into Noahides. Plus they believe that non-Jews only have one soul (a lower, animal soul) while Jews have two (an animal sould AND a divine souls). This is counterintuitively not a racial thing. (Gentiles who convert to Judaism have divine souls). But obviously it has racial undertones.
Plus a bunch of other insane kabbalist nonsense.
