>>18432934Europe was the birth place of capitalismCapitalism has to expand and consume.All states around Germany could expand outwards in forms of empires.Germany was in the middle of europe and expanding meant it would bump into those european states.Germany naturally would start wars.Now with outside intervention through the USA, Germany was able to take control of europe through nato/eu. Now we have a German empire that is Europe, and can expand. Much of the world is under US control, so overseas empire isn't an option. But it can expand into the last independent european state left, Russia.
