Umm... why did no one tell me Tibet once has a massive empire that controlled the Ganges for 200+ years?
>>
They also humiliated Chinese by plundering their capital
>>
1) Because you're probably a westoid or a dumb thirdie.
2) Because it goes against the "uwu tibet is so harmless they just do buddhism n monk stuff" narrative.

Tibet reinvented itself after the Tubo Dynasty's disintegration and doesn't particularly care about its pre-buddhist past, and pop history already sleeps on that time period/region a whole lot as it is. And for the record, the Pala were a Vassal of Tibet, not a territory of it. There is a large difference.

Why did you have to summon Chinkspammer? Now the thread is going to be terrible.

World needs to know about great rape of Chang'An when Tibetan soldiers indiscriminately raped Chinese women

Any youtube video I can watch on them that isn't shit/CCP propaganda/CIA propaganda, or some combination of the three?

>humiliated
That happened in the middle of the An Lushan rebellion when the Tang Dynasty was kinda distracted.

They got back at the Tibs afterwards when the western regions were recaptured by the Tang (by an angry bean-counter no less).

Yeah when they were busy killing each other. When the Qing came to power and unified the steppes and also the han, they prompty conquered the mountainiggers
>>

>Conquered
I mean in a sense. It's complicated.
>>
>>18445353
It isnt. They were a protectorate then and now straight up annexed
>>
>>18445337
It was like 1000 years later. Not relevant for Early Middle Ages period

Tang's steppe warfare style was unsuited for contesting mountains
