Back in the Renaissance we have dudes like Michaelangelo who mainly sculpted naked dudes, to the point where even women looked like dudes. But during the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and other art periods of the 19th and 20th centuries, they only made female nudes whereas all their males were clothed. It became such a problem that feminists in Denmark decided to clothe the female nudes.
>art celebrating femininity>feminists hate itlol
>>18445461That would be a misogynist female doing thatThe feminists are too busy making ugly statues and ugly art
They keep trying to kill off Eros to build up Venus for some reason. They hate and resent that anything esoterical, mystical, religious, high art, intellect, etc, is deeply ingrained with homoeroticism.Male homoerotics, just before they try to replace them with l*sbians.
>>18445450i don't think the female nude by itself is the problemwe need more male nudesthe knitted clothes don't look that good anywayscould've at least made them more /fa/
>>18445450Because we live in a society that hates males, hates the male body, hates male emotions, masculinity, etc.
>>18447182That's Venus for you. Don't know why any self respecting male would ever fall into her worship trap.
>>18445450Although an art historian, kenneth clark did publish The Nude: A Study in Ideal Form in 1956
