all my sympathy for the Japs that got tokyo bombed and hiroshimaed goes out the window when they blatantly started the war, their military leaders fucked over their people harder than most modern cvilizations, thy could've spared so many people if they just surrendered after Hiroshima but they were like nah dig in deeper, sure America seems barbaric for a second nuke but what does it say about the Japs that they were still willing to expend more of their people's lives after they saw that demonstration? even if we didn't nuke them a second time if we had done another Tokyo bombing they'd be hurting just as much.
