How come that Russians, making up half of the populations in the entire USSR still haven't contributed that much of what Jews and Caucasians(Armenians and Georgians) did in scientific field?
Explain to me how a race of subhumans (slavs) was able to produce the likes of Dostoevsky, Tchaikovsky, Mendeleev, Chopin, Curie, Tesla, etc.

The graph seems to be indicating that certain ethnicities within the soviet union were more likely to pursue a career in the sciences than others. Specifically, that ethnically Jewish soviets were far more likely to become scientists than soviet citizens of other ethnicities. The graph appears to have represented this data by showing that for 100,000 citizens of a given ethnicity, a given number proportionally would have been scientists, and then presented the proportional difference in those numbers visually as a bar graph with no scale, just a sort of size comparison. It is admittedly an odd graph, and it seems to be sourced from "burckina-faso.livejournal", so perhaps it is unclear due to the source not being well qualified, or perhaps the confusion is a result of my said autism. Anon however seems to have interpreted the graph to mean that in the soviet union in 1973, for every 100,000 citizens there were 3224 jewish scientists, 670 armenian scientists, 655 Georgian scientists, and so on. While the graph present the data in a way that is perhaps unhelpful, this conclusion should have been easy for anon to avoid, since at a population of at least 241 million (1970 number), 3224 Jewish scientists per 100,000 population would have meant that the soviet union contained more than twice as many jewish scientists as it contained jewish people. Additionally, that reading of the graph would indicate that over 10% of the soviet population were scientists. This seems unlikely. Unlikely enough that I am confused by the fact that anon appears have interpreted the graph to mean that. Of course this is all dependent on that comma being a decimal place, and that "3224,0" means three thousand, two hundred, and twenty four point zero. Yes I know that Europeans and whatever use the comma for that. They are wrong and must be stopped.
