He had essentially gone fully insane in that era of his writing. When he was younger and his writing had a healthier blend of gratitude and abrasiveness, he was more neutral on all matters including the Jews. By this point he was just insane with his own destructive concepts, it's like they boiled over but not indiscriminately; always against Europe and Christianity. Maybe he was ultimately wrong about any room for God or Gods or metaphysics. I think Goethe and Jung were nearer to the truth among the German peoples.
