Hitler never genocided anyone. In fact when he liberated a territory he placed gypsies (indians) in special camps for their own protection, rather like how the US interned the Japanese. His intention was to find land for them to settle where they could be happy and free without white people bothering them, unfortunately the war and allied bombing interrupted his plans.
