All the cultures wiped out, all of the history erased, my question is is there any literary evidence from Greece from AFTER which says "hey BTW the entire world collapsed like 300 years ago and heres what happened" or was it so total that nobody could even remember the world before?

What if our best guesses are completely wrong and totally bizarre things caused and happened during the collapse like they usually do in real life?

It coincides with the mythological Dorian invasion. Also devastating sea raids across the Mediterranean is pretty suggestive of the Iliad and the Odyssey. Menelaus and Helen even ended up in Egypt for a while. Anyway the Greeks totally lost their Linear B writing from the Mycenaean age and had to start over with Phoenician letters, so their records are minimal beyond oral traditions.
