Like, the fuck would we fight with eldars (literally a common goal to kill chaos gods), necrons (just want to be left alone, have no expansionist aspirations), tau (entire species is the size of Monaco), orks could be reasoned with and many chaos legions surely want to convert back after realising that having void aids is not all that cracked.
