Why was the German military such an ineffective fighting force during WW2?
>>
Purely socioeconomic factors and they didn't NEED to.
>>
Hitler was a sissy brat looking to get passed around by Red Army alphas before living his best life as a transwoman in Argentina.

War is attrition, not just of gear, but also skilled and experienced manpower. Armies don't level up through years of warfare, they decline in ability as the best are killed off and replaced by newbs. They had a very well trained, motivated and equipped force to begin with, but they mostly died fighting in the first few years, leaving the wounded, dregs, the old and hyper fanatical (but unskilled) teens to carry on till the end.
