How did Islam came to be? I wanted to research the origins and the cause behind Islam's emergence but I couldn't find any clue. Sure Muslims see Muhammad as a prophet from God, Christians and other religions see him as a false prophet, even dubbing him as the anti-christ. I want to know truth, if Islam is evil as many believe could it have been avoided from happening? Would the world be better off without it or is its existence necessary?
