I would call the "American White" Phenotype "Celto Alpinoid" since while Celtic and Alpine peoples do intermingle in Western Europe proper,they are most commonly found in America, particularly east coast/colonial areas. Saying the American white isn't synonymous Celto Alpinoid is like saying African Americans don't exist because there are African populations with Caucasian admixture.
