Is he the most powerful manlet in world history? Not just short by modern standards, short relative to other ethnic groups at the time, or "short" as in around or slightly below average. He was legit a midge even for malnourished Chinese men of his era, and still has complete aura. I can't think of a single other true, unquestionable manlet on his level.
