What are the historical factors that caused the American exceptionalist mentality?
>>18478142They're actually proud of the fact they're not a nation state (ie not built upon race or anything else, only ideas). And through this blank slate, they think they're entitled to tell the rest of the world how to live. This has been true from force for a long time, but that time may be over. And it'll be Pedro, Rajesh, and, of course, still, Schlomo telling the shots. A million men died for this btw. Most anti-White nation in history.
A bunch of white people expanding across the best piece of real estate on the planet, completely untouched and only sparsely inhabited by Stone Age natives just as the Industrial Revolution was kicking off. That’s it, that’s the reason.America succeeded DESPITE its nonsensical “personality contest every four years” form of government. Now that it has been proven how laughably easy it is to capture that form of government with fifth columnists, America has gone to shit.
I would say it's the countries ability to be completely self sufficient with no neighbours that could cause it any real problems while also being able to take over from any crumbling empire from Spain to the British. However the term is from the early 19th century long before any of that.>>18479206Australia and South Americans don't have their mindset.
