Why were the most evolved civilizations of Africa the ones closer to the Mediterranean sea, like Mali, Egypt, and Ethiopia. And like, why are Saharan African' cranium structure similar to Caucasoids? Why were there no civilizations in Sub-Saharan Africa before Europeans' arrival?
