I feel sad for Jeanne d'Arc. She was just a country bumpkin that listened to voices in her head and was a victim of her own faith. Before the desert scum took over all of Europe, she could have been some kind of seeress and even fought one battle or other and still been respected for it instead of dying as a criminal by those she trusted
