Nor does Mark, the first written gospel. It doesn’t come until Matthew who is desperately trying to insert Jesus into OT prophecies. He says Jesus was born from a virgin to fulfill Isaiah 7:14, but that has nothing to do with a virgin or the messiah, and is completed in the story 700 years before Jesus was born.
