Jesus went through some obviously heinous shit, but how come his suffering was so great it saved all of humanity, when compared to what pic related went through?

God wanted to convince the Jews he wasn't an asshole like in the Old Testament so he raped a virgin to give birth to his son that he wasn't going to be around to raise so said son could tell everyone that his dad was good before being tortured for everyone's sin even though God is omniscient and all powerful and could've just told everyone himself and started a new covenant with mankind without having to go through any of this seeing as he already knew the outcome before Jesus was even born.

Because he was the spotless lamb of God, not some sinful Nip.

What sin did she commit?

Too many to count. Just like you.

Like what?

No, sorry. You've wasted enough of my time. Enjoy Hell.

Ah, I see. You literally can't refute things. She was sinless, and therefore her sacrifice was greater than Jesus's.

Jesus was just a radical apocalyptic Jewish cult leader who his fanatical followers elevated into being God himself after his death and failure to fulfill any of the requirements for being the messiah.
>W-well he didn't fulfill them now because he's coming back! V-very soon, in our lifetimes! Then he'll show those Romans and Pharisees what's what!
>Nearly 2,000 years later, still no second coming
>HE'S COMING SOON BRO! I SWEAR IT BRO! JUST BELIEVE ME BRO!

He was God, she was a sinner under the wrath of God.

Oh right, so his sacrifice wasn't even that great. Compared to her, Jesus was going through a kid's playground, and still got out easily.

We get it, dude, you hate Christ. No one cares.

What she experienced is nothing compared to what you’ll experience in hell
>>
>>18486081
I don't hate Jesus. I do hate how we're supposed to believe ourselves as sinful because he supposedly went through so much.

>>18486088
And anything that Jesus experienced was not comparable in the least to what she endured.

>I don't hate Jesus. I do hate how we're supposed to believe ourselves as sinful
You just contradicted yourself because the second sentence says you do hate Jesus. Whoever is not with Him is against Him. The reason we are sinful is not because of His suffering, He suffered because we are sinful. And see the parable of the pharisee and the publican, in you do not acknowledge your sinfulness and repent, and seek mercy from God in Christ, then you shall indeed receive as much mercy from God as you asked of Him.
>And anything that Jesus experienced was not comparable in the least to what she endured.
Jesus was forsaken by God the Father upon the cross. He not only suffered physically but spiritually, and endured the totality of the punishment which had been merited by the elect. On the cross, He descended into hell.

Hi rodent.
>>
>>18486116
Because all of us are sinful. I think maybe Christianity saved the West from izzat face culture where if you pretend it didn't happen then you're not a boyfucking faggot who can't even fill out a TPS report.

all are born with sinful nature.

The amout of suffering wasn't the point. It was about the Son of God suffering. He paid the toll so people could go to heaven, at least from what I understand. His story would inspire billions throughout history. His sacrifice would change the world. Unfoutunately she was not of divine nature so her soul only has the weight/value of a human soul. Hopefully she's in heaven or some better place than here.

>On the cross, He descended into hell.
Not him but do you mean that in a literal sense or metaphorically? Where does it say that is more of what I'm asking? I read the ending of the story but it just goes to him dying on the cross to him being put in the tomb and then eventually coming back from the dead.

No

>Not him but do you mean that in a literal sense or metaphorically?
In a sense both. He did not physically, or spatially descend into the plane of hell, but He suffered its torment upon the cross. I don’t think it says this word for word, but it is the necessary conclusion of what it does say about Him taking on the punishment which was against the elect. He suffered the punishment which they had merited in their place, the punishment which they had merited was death and hell, therefore, He suffered death and hell. Now, the chief difference is that He did not endure it eternally, since unlike the wicked sinner He, being God in the flesh and having a life of infinite value and complete purity, was able to satisfy the wrath of the Father, while the reprobate is unable to do so and therefore suffers an eternal punishment.
>Where does it say that is more of what I'm asking?
While it does not say that word for word in the text of scripture, it is written in the Apostles’ Creed, “He descended into hell”.
