Axis wins. Germany really didn't need much more to win the war. They had a good chance and with Turkey it probably is more likely than not.

Italian autism on the whole "our sea" agenda.Nevertheless if we play with the idea that Turkey joins Axis anyway because reasons, and participate in Barbarossa, it will be hard for Germany to use divisions attacking from Turkey without completely alarming Stalin who will absolutely see it as a preparation for invasion.It's still going to be a hard-pressed mission for Turkey because of the utterly insane amount of Red Army divisions in 1941 (they had over 300 divisions, the German intel anticipated less than 140). The Sovietts had so many divisions stationed in the Caucasus even in 1941 that they were able to invade all of Iran during Barbarossa.Worst case scenario the Soviets will have scorch the Baku oilfields like they did with Maikop when the Germans were within reach.If push comes to shove the British bomber fleet in Mesopotamia (which had been there since preparations for Operation Pike) will fully commit to the Caucasus battle and destroy the oilfields (as was originally intended) if Axis threaten to capture them.The "soft underbelly" strategy of the allies may also include Turkey, making the Middle East a far more concentrated frontline for the allies.
