The reason I doubt God is because every religion will tell you with full confidence they are right and explain how you are retarded for not believing in their religion and millions of people believe so it cannot be false and so many smart people believe so it must be real but they are all like that lol.

Great, no one cares. Enjoy burning.

Its really just Christianity and islam that lean on those arguments, and they both share the abrahamic root whereas all the other are some introspection of the soul you can actually say to their face "no, Buddha was wrong" without throwing waya their entire legitimacy system like with the prophets before momo/jesus

If the Buddha was wrong about the Dharma, then you must necessarily throw the whole project away. There is no path of liberation if there is no path and no liberation. There is also no soul ("anatman") in Buddhism so you've got that misconception going on too.

Giving up on religion because people can come to differing conclusions is quite silly, it's like becoming """apolitical""" because rational and reasonable people can come to vastly different solutions to problems - if they even agree something is a problem in the first place.

Now, I don't recommend discussing either topic at a pub or bar or party where drinking is involved, because people often cannot have a discussion without becoming angry and drinking exasperates this in those prone to anger.

Actually both are completely rational. Epoche leads to ataraxia

What the fuck is this argument? Many people deny that vaccines work and many say that they do. They are all full of confidence and explain to everyone how they're right and everyone not in their camp is wrong. So is there now no actual truthful position because of this?

lmao what? they both started as small groups that were persecuted by huge numbers of pagans. If more people = correct then that would invalidate them from the get go. Instead they preach against this kind of logic, even using Abraham as an example. You know a prophet that was preaching against a well established religion with many followers?
>whereas all the other are some introspection of the soul
And you think that's unique to them? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nous#Medieval_nous_in_religion
>without throwing waya their entire legitimacy system
If Jesus was wrong Moses could still be right, you're an idiot. One of the things that Abrahamic religions do is that they strengthen their legitimacy with earlier prophets. They all build a cumulative case for the theological positions they preach so even if the main figure is wrong that does not invalidate central claims like the God of Israel being the only true God

They were not “persecuted” but rather prosecuted for their many crimes. Christian mobs had a tendency to desecrate temples and lynch priesthoods as far back as the 1st century, their “persecution” was simply facing the punishment for their savagery.

Same with early Muslims. They were scammers who raided caravans, frequently stole money, and in general were greedy savages

I can post many examples of the early followers of these faiths getting persecuted by pagans purely because of their belief. Of course all you're going to say is that it's a fake historical account but at that point you're no longer making an internal critique
