I hold gnostic beliefs and don't really want to force any sentient being into the suffering of the material world, but at the same time I don't want my ethnicity to face demographic extinction. Perhaps I shouldn't concern myself with worldy issues and just focus on escaping the Kenoma, but then again I go against my instincts of racial preservation.

If by Gnostic you mean full-on prison planentism, then yes antinatalism naturally follows. If you expand it a bit to include all historical Christian sects that have been classified as Gnostic, then it doesn't necessarily follow because the Valentinians were pronatalist, viewing the world as a necessary, though imperfect, school for developing "spiritual seeds" to the point were they could be rejoined with their angels in the pleroma. If you expand your search to include Gnostic-adjacent religions like Buddhism, then it also doesn't necessarily follow, since, for them, if a being has the conditions for rebirth, then they're going to be reborn somewhere, and rebirth as a human is seen as comparatively good, especially for becoming enlightened.
