There's 3 big inaccuracies I notice:

1. Sapiens and Neanderthals were trading genes long before OOA (Africans are .5% Neanderthal)
2. Sapiens are actually ancestral to the proper Neanderthals; all Neanderthals were 5% Sapiens. The cultural impact of this was much larger than the genetic impact.
3. Sapiens and Neanderthals did not evolve cleanly from a LCA, and there is no cradle of Homo Sapiens. Evolutionary models indicate that Sapiens derive only 80% of their ancestry from their LCA with Neanderthals, with the remaing 20% being derived from a population that evolved directly from what literally has to be Homo Erectus. These two groups mixed, and the various mixes produced from that later mixed to form Homo Sapiens, with some failing to contribute universally and/or evenly to all populations (which is likely the reason we see "ghost" signals seen throughout Africa; they probably don't come from a truly seperate species). Iwo Eleru is a very likely result of this, as it is very divergent from sub-saharan populations and lies outside of modern human variation.

Or perhaps I should say proto-sapiens; the sapiens-like group which interbred with proto-Neanderthals was only 15% B, whereas all modern humans populations are at least 20% B (Africans likely have an excess of that ancestry, Niger-Congo people especially, they definitely have the most).
